PROJECTS

Gut & Glam

A total down-to-the-studs renovation of a 1976 rambler. The original layout was dated, dark with small rooms which were reconfigured to fit the owners' empty-nester lifestyle. Aesthetic is modern, light and airy.

Penthouse Perfection

Remodeled kitchen with striking granite counters, walnut cabinets. New furniture, carpets in rich earth tones. Designed facade for curved wall with vertical wood slots and floor lighting.

Midcentury Makeover

A 1960s midcentury home was remodeled one room at a time, but maintained a cohesive style throughout.

Facelift Flip

Challenge was to renovate a very dated home to maximize return as a flip. Remodeled kitchen and three bathrooms; updated flooring; painted; installed fireplace hearth; added all new lighting and doors; refreshed landscaping. Did it all on a budget of only $100k. Sold for 50% more than purchase price.

Design on a Dime

It's amazing how far you can stretch a budget by shopping second hand and at Home Goods.  Completely furnished a two-bedroom short-term rental for $2500. Online reviews repeatedly noted the "high-end" decor (if only they knew!).
